Rickson Ayin says that the viral video showing him punching a tourist doesn't tell the entire story. Rickson gave PNC an exclusive interview telling us that the Japanese man in the video was completely naked before his friends started recording the incident.

Guam - There are two sides to every story and tonight PNC presents you with an exclusive interview with the man seen in the viral video punching a Japanese tourist. Rickson Ayin tells PNC that the viral video doesn't tell the entire story.

Rickson Ayin was filmed a month ago punching a Japanese man on the beach. A few days ago Wabisuke Tanaka posted the video to his YouTube account, it went viral, the public went up in arms, and Ayin got arrested. He was booked and released. Today (Fri.) he agreed to give us his side of the story but after having his face plastered all over social media with people taking his picture and turning it into memes. Ayin did not want his face on camera.

"That day there was five Japanese guys that came down. One of them started going naked this was early morning daylight so I approached the person telling him to put on his clothes but he's acting weird like getting on his knees moving around like a ninja," said Ayin.

Ayin says the viral video does not show the Japanese man when he was naked the recording only began after he had put his clothes back on but prior to this he had repeatedly taken his clothes off in public in broad daylight with children around. "I tried to tell him to put on his clothes but he's still doing the same thing so I turned to his friends the other four guys because there were five of them and asked them if one of them could please tell him to put on his clothes but they didn't do nothing. They just looked at me smiling so I pointed out that guys pants on the sand and tell him to put it on,” said Ayin.

Ayin says after the man put his shorts on he walked away but the man continued to pull his pants down. "He's pulling it he's messing around like pull it down and up like he's gonna take it off or put it back on,” said Ayin "He was even going like this in front of me when I was talking he repeated what I was saying going like this," explained Ayin as he showed the gesture the man was making by circling his finger around his head.

Ayin then approached the man for a second time. This time the man's friends were recording but by this time the man had pulled his shorts back up."I look at his friends and I told him put your clothes on because there's kids around there's people around and he stepped forward and out of the corner of my eye I saw him move and I just swung and when I hit him I didn't mean to hit him that hard and when I hit him he fell and I told him put on your clothes there's kids around and I walked away,” said Ayin.

Ayin says the group then went down to the other side of the beach and continued to take their clothes off and “act weird”. "What I was doing was what any father or any brother that has a sister with them would do. That's what I did. I thought I was doing the right thing,” said Ayin adding, "I just want to say I'm sorry to everybody it was a bad image to the people on Guam and a bad image to me and to my family and to everybody that I know and I'm sorry."

Ayin says he actually turned himself into the Tumon precinct yesterday afternoon.

My take on this ...Ayin is telling the truth...in the video he told the guy to put his clothes on...kids are around...The tourist should be investigated for lewdness and maybe arrested....
