Another $1 million in tax refunds expected to arrive

Adelup announces another $1 million expected to arrive in the mail. 

Guam - Another $1 million in tax refunds is slated to arrive according to the Office of the Governor.  

If you filed your taxes late, the department of Revenue and Tax says you might still be one of the 488 individuals slated to receive a check in the mail.

A release from Adelup says the $1 million payout brings the administration to about $140 million in returns in the past year.

With tax season right around the corner, Department of Rev and Tax wants to remind everyone of the importance of filing their taxes as soon as possible, especially noting that any important tax changes this year could potentially affect your tax returns in the future.


Marie Benito, the Deputy Director from the Department of Rev and Tax adds that knowing what you qualify for beforehand could help ensure your tax form is processed properly.
