12 Reservists Come to Guam to Serve Aboard Frank Cable

POLARIS POINT, Guam (NNS) -- 12 Navy reservists from throughout the U.S. came to Guam to aid the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) in her repair mission for a three-week period here, ending May 18.

Guam - The Calvo Administration and Solid Waste federal receivers Gershman Brickner and Bratton are at odds over how to spend Section 30  bond funding earmarked for the Ordot Dump closure project. The governor wants to use the funds to pay Layon landowners, which is part of a Superior Court judgment. But receivers GBB say doing so will delay the closure of Ordot Dump.
