Guam - Vice-Speaker B.J. Cruz says the Calvo Administration has not been transparent with the Government's finances particularly with the amount of Section 30 revenues GovGuam has received. The Vice-Speaker says that the administration appears to have been holding out so he has filed a Freedom of Information Act or FOIA request with the Department of Rev and Tax.
