Complete Results Of The Drift Races At Smokin' Wheels

Guam - The drift competition literally put the 'smokin' in Smokin' Wheels that past Sunday.  15 drivers from Guam, 3 Japan drivers and 1 driver from the Philippines participated this year. 

Japan's Kenji Yamanaka's car broke down during practice runs and he ended up becoming a guest judge along side Tom Akigami and Lee Webber.

Northern A's Rip Barrigada Crusaders in Budweiser Amateur Baseball League Action at Leo Palace

Guam (April 16, 2014) The Northern A's took care of the Barrigada Crusaders, 9-3 in Budweiser Amateur BaseballLeague (BABL) action at the Leo Palace Baseball Stadium in Manengon. Jesse Miner, Jr. got the win, while Luis San Nicolas took the loss. For the Crusaders, Jathan Muna Barnes was 2-4, and a run scored. JR Hattig went 3-3, a double, a run scored. Randy Alcantara was 1-2, a double, and an RBI.

For the A's, Daniel Cruz was named Strike Zone Player of the Game, going 2-2, SAC, an RBI, and a run scored. Miller Santos was 1-2, and an RBI. Shon Muna went 1-1, with two RBI. Johnny Aguon was 1-2, and scored two runs.

Guam High Panthers and Sanchez Sharks Play to a Draw in IIAAG HS Girls Soccer

Guam (April 16, 2014) The Sanchez Sharks and Guam High Panthers played to a 3-3 draw in IIAAG High School Girls Soccer at Guam High Field in Agana Heights. The Panthers held a 2-0 lead at the break, both goals by Kayla Kinney. In the 2nd half, the Sharks then scored three goals in a row, two by Kiara Camacho; one on a penalty kick, and another goal by Abbey Iriarte. With the Sharks leading 3-2, and less than three minutes to go in the game, Kinney scored her third goal for the equalizer and the hat trick. The Panthers are now 3-0-1, while the Sharks are at 2-0-1.
