UOG Cancer Research Center Hosts Community Research Update on Dec. 2

Guam - The University of Guam Cancer Research Center hosts a community research update on December 2, 2010 to inform the community of Guam on progress made in each of the research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health National Cancer Institute grant. The event will be held in the CLASS Lecture Hall beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Helen Whippy, UOG senior vice president and co-principal investigator on the grant project will present on the Minority Institute/Cancer Center Partnership along with her counterpart from the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, Carl-Wilhelm Vogel. Other presentations follow, including:
