Guam - Lawyers for the Gutierrez Aguon team have filed amended complaints in both Guam Superior and U.S. District Court in their effort to overturn the results of the 2010 Gubernatorial election.The amended complaints reflect some some changes and corrections to the original complaints filed last Friday. Among the changes for example are an increase in the number of alleged CNMI registered voters who also voted in the Guam General Election. That number went from 20 to 126 in the amended complaints.

Now that the amended complaints have been filed, the various defendants including the Calvo-Tenorio team and the Guam election Commission are expected to be served in the coming days.
