Guam - The Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service at the University of Guam offers free interactive military parent support workshops for military families (active, retired or veterans) who may have a child with special needs. The workshops are conducted by Guam Family Support 360º For Military Families with 100% funding support from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Financial Assistance Award (FAA), Grant No. 90DN0242 and facilitated by the University of Guam CEDDERS.
