Guam - UOG's Upward Bound (UB) college preparation program is currently accepting applications from interested high school students who are college bound.Free academic support services are provided such as tutoring, college preparation and career preparation activities, summer classes for credit, test preparation, and more. Students attending George Washington, John F. Kennedy, Southern, and Simon Sanchez high schools may apply if they are currently in 9th, 10th, or 11th grade.
Students must meet eligibility requirements to be accepted. Applications are available at each school counseling office and at the Upward Bound Office, UOG Dorm I during regular work hours. An Upward Bound open house & informational meeting for interested students and parents is scheduled for Aug. 28th at the UOG Cafeteria. Call 735-1992/ 2245 for more information.
