Interview between Ray Gibson and John Blas, Executive Director Guam Election Commission, about the need to hold an election to fill the vacancy of the Agat vice mayor's office. The election would be held at the November General Election and the term of office would be until the term of office (2012) expires of the previous vice mayor. They then talked about legislative candidate packages being picked up, so far 21 democrats and 18 republicans have picked up packages. They then talked about outstanding debts of the commission.
