GPA NOTICE: If You Haven't Received Your Power Bill in the Past 2 Months, Contact GPA

Guam - If you have not received a Guam Power Authority billing statement in the last two months, please contact GPA Customer Services at 647-5787 to obtain your outstanding bill amount.  GPA can also accept payments for delinquent bills online (GPABillpay) or through Pay by Phone.
If you are one of the USPS customers that have not received your GPA bills, you will have to obtain your correct address via the USPS website:

Customers can obtain their correct addresses by using's Look Up a ZIP Code tool. Here are the simple steps involved:

Navigate to
Click on the Quick Tools drop box on the left
Click on Look Up a ZIP Code
That will open up another page on which you can enter your street address in the spaces provided, then click Find.
Your correct mailing address will pop right up on the next page.

After completing this process, GPA customers are advised to contact GPA Customers Services to speak with a customer service representative to update their mailing address and contact information or customers may utilize the rear side (back) of their monthly power bill(s).  Just fill out the form and kindly submit it to GPA Customer Services.
