Guam - Guam Police have issued a wanted notice for Johnathan Pangelinan Cruz in connection with a criminal sexual conduct complaint.
The complaint was made on December 13, last year. The alleged incidents occurred in 2003 and 2005.
According to a release from Guam Police Crime Stopper coordinator Officer Paul Tapao, the victim, who is about 15 years old now, filed a complaint in December reporting that back in 2003, when she was 5 years old, she was "inappropriately touched by her babysitter while they were alone."
"The victim further revealed that the sexual assault continued upon 2005," states Officer Tapao in his release. She told police her babysitter was Jonathan Pangelinan Cruz.
The 26 year old Cruz is described as standing 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighing 190 pounds.
The suspect was last seen on March 25 at the Harmon Loop Hotel on Route 16 in Dededo. He is also known to hang-out in Tumon, states Officer Tapao.
