Guam - John Liang, the producer of the Max Havoc film fiasco, failed to make the second installment of his $300-thousand dollar settlement with the Guam Economic Development Authority.The film was made on Guam 8 years ago. GEDA lent Liang $800-thousand to make it.
But they had to sue after Liang failed to pay back the loan. An out of Court settlement of $350-thousand was reached. The final payment of $150-thousand dollars was due on September 30th. But Liang missed that deadline.
GEDA Administrator Karl Pangelinan says it is now up to the GEDA Board to decide what to do next.

The GEDA Board will meet next on October 25th. The next hearing on the status of case is set for November 9th.
