Guam - Appropriations Committee Chair Senator Ben Pangelinan has brought to the floor a substitute version of the 2013 Budget Bill submitted by Governor Calvo.The Administration has released a statement saying that they are reviewing the substituted version of the Budget they proposed and they will provide comment at a later time.

This morning, the legislative budget committee replaced the Governor's budget bill. The Governor's fiscal policy team is currently reviewing the substitute legislation now. Our office will keep the public and media updated on its analysis as the review moves along.
