Guam - Guam Police have arrested 25 year old Jonathan Iriarte and a 16 year old boy for the May 28th robbery of the Ebenezer Market in Yona.According to a release from GPD Sgt. Mike Aguon, Criminal Investigation followed up on some information they received on possible suspects and with the assistance of SWAT and JIS, Jonathan Iriarte and the 16 year old teen were found and brought into the Criminal Investigations Division for questioning, and subsequently arrested.
The 16 year old was booked and confined at DYA on the following charges:
1.) 2ND Degree Robbery
2.) Conspiracy
3.) Possession and use of a deadly weapon in a commission of a felony
And Iriarte, who is from Anigua, was booked and confined for:
1.) 2ND Degree Robbery
2.) Conspiracy
3.) Hindering Apprehension
4.) Jurisdiction over an adult
