Guam - Sandy Ullrich has been named Assistant General Manager for the Micronesian Divers Association (MDA) Guam effective August 10, 2012.

Sandy is no stranger to Guam or MDA having worked here as  Wholesale & Retail Buyer/Product Manager from 2003-2005.

She brings with her extensive experience in the dive business & tourism industry understanding the need for the highest level of customer care.  She poses excellent skills in business operations, organization, sales and marketing with a record of improving efficiency, productivity and profitability through automation and process improvement. She is articulate, analytical and extremely diligent. She has a history of building strong co-worker/manager relationships skills.

Between 1996-2012 she has served as the Property Manager for Jungle Treasure Ltd, Phuket, Thailand; Business Consultant and General Manager for DiveVersity Curacao Netherland Antilles ; Dive Coordinator/Marketing & Design for Sea Fun Divers, Phuket Thailand/Dive Supply, Thailand; Retail Operations Manager/Owner, Ocean Encounters, Curacao, Netherland Antilles;   Executive Secretary – Instructor Development & Membership, PADI America’s, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.; Account/Operations Manager Sam’s Dive Tours, Palau, Micronesia.

Sandy is a Master Scuba Driver Trainer, Emergency First Response Instructor and brings to MDA a wealth of experience in our growing fun loving, exciting industry.
