Guam - The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) has announced that there will be a Back to School Immunization Clinic next week Wednesday, August 8, from 10 am to 12 pm, or while supplies last.

The immunization clinics will take place at the Agana Shopping Center (2nd floor).

The line formation will begin at the main double door next to Payless Supermarket and will continue towards SM Department store.

This clinic is for children 4 - 18 years of age.  All necessary immunizations will be given, except the Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.  Parents must bring their child’s most current shot record.  All children below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an adult with written authorization and photo ID.

The Walk-in Immunization Clinic, scheduled for the same day at the DPHSS Clinic in Mangilao, will be relocated to the Agana Shopping.
