Guam - Guam Crime Stoppers is getting some much needed new blood.
Guam Police Chief Fred Bordallo has assigned GPD Capt. Mark Charfauros to revive the Crime Stoppers program.
Crime Stoppers has been dormant due to lack of staffing and lack of funding. Charfauros says he intends to revive it.

Capt. Charfauros has also been assigned to the Department of Corrections for a few months to work on a new legislative proposal and develop funding strategies for the construction of a new prison facility.| < Prev | Next > |
