Guam - An intense debate has begun following the release Wednesday of the recommendations made by a Task Force to cut $43-million dollars in GovGuam spending.Most of the proposed savings would come at the expense of the GovGuam Retirment Fund. BBMR Director John Rios defended the cuts, Retirement Fund Board Chair Joe T. San Agustin fears they will put the fund at risk.
