Senator Pangelinan: Decolonization Registry OPEN for Registration LIBERATION DAY

Guam - Senator Pangelinan’s Office will be open on Liberation Day to register eligible individuals for the Voter Registry and Decolonization Registry.


You can register for the Voter Registry from 10:30am – 12:30pm.

You can register for the Decolonization Registry from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

What will you need to bring with you to register to vote in this year’s election?

1. Proof that you are a U.S. Citizen. You can bring a U.S. passport OR a birth certificate AND a photo ID. The photo ID can be a driver’s license or a Guam issued ID.

What will you need to bring with you to register for the decolonization registry?

1. A photo ID. This can be a driver’s license or any other form of ID with photo.
