Guam - Frank Gumataotao better known as Gary Gumataotao is running for a seat in the Guam legislature because he sees a lot of problem in the island that he wants to do something about rather than complain about.
Gumataotao is an attorney who graduated from the very prestigious Washington and Lee law university in Virginia. He also ran for the office of Attorney General during the 2010 election against current A.G. Lenny Rapadas.

He is now running for senator on the Democratic ticket. If elected Gumataotao says he wants to protect the jobs that Guam currently has and expand the markets through the engine of business. However, he also wants to help the working class.
"I think there are a lot of needs that working people have they get up in the morning and they go to work and they come home and they have to suffer the expense of gasoline taking care of their cars and taking care of their families of the food and everything is high and nobody is concerned about their particular needs I mean daycare is something that is almost universal I mean everybody that has kids has to be concerned about daycare,” said Gumataotao.
If elected Gumataotao wants to develop a government daycare program for the island's working families.
