Guam - Guam Police report that they issued 17 citations during an inspection of the Dededo Flea Market Saturday morning.
Acting Guam Police Sgt. Mike Aguon reports that GPD Officers and Cape Volunteers issued citations for parking in a handicapped area, double parking, blocking an entrance and exit, among other violations.
In addition, one man was arrested for obstruction of government operations and disorderly conduct.
