Guam - Guam Police report that an armed robbery occurred in broad daylight this morning [Friday] in a parking lot in Hagatna.
According to a release from Acting GPD Spokesman Sgt. Mike Aguon, the robbery occurred at 9:15 am in the rear parking lot of the Submarina in Hagatna.
A woman reported that a man walked up to her and pointed a silver colored handgun and demanded her money.
The individual then fled the scene in a vehicle of unknown description.
The suspect is identified as standing between 5-feet 7 or 8-inches tall, possibly Chamorro. He was wearing a white baseball cap, blue shirt and sunglasses.
