Guam - The Department of Public Works has issued a Highway Encroachment Permit to the Guam Running Club, to host the 40th Annual Spirit of ’76, a 6.7 mile trail run on July 4, 2012, from 6-8 a.m.The race starts at the Agana Shopping Center parking lot, up Route 4 to the Chaot Bridge, Sinajana, left into the pipeline road and back to the Agana Shopping Center.
DPW advises motorists to take note of lane closures and exercise caution when driving in these areas.
