Jon Fernandez visited summer school classes at Simon Sanchez High School and FB Leon Guerrero middle school.
“I've had a great time meeting with students which is probably my favorite part of the day,” Fernandez told PNC outside a classroom at FBLG. “I'm also sitting down with some of the teachers and administrators.”
Fernandez plans to visit all of the island's 40 public schools in the weeks or months ahead. This week he plans to also visit Oceanview Middle School, Southern High School, Liguan Elementary School, John F. Kennedy High School, George Washington High School and both campuses of Untalan Middle School.
