Honiara - Guam's FETPAC delegation has arrived in Honiara, in the Solomon Islands for the 11th Festival of Pacific Arts.

The delegation's arrival is featured in an article in the Solomon Star which quotes the Chairperson for Guam 2016 coordinating committee Theresa Arriola as saying:

“Since we are the host for the 2016 FOPA event, we are here on two missions -one is to share our culture with other pacific nations and the other is to learn from the Solomon Islands to help us prepare for the 2016 FOPA events.”

The Festival of Pacific Arts is held every four years by different host nations in Oceania. It is comprised of 22 island nations in Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.
