Guam - Angered Wise Owl Clinic Veterinarian Dr. Joel Joseph is asking the U.S. Department of Agriculture to reinstate his accreditation as a licensed veterinarian, saying a Superior Court's stay on a board decision upholds his licensure.

But Territorial Veterinarian Dr. Tom Poole maintains the Superior Court decision hasn nothing to do with his accreditation.
USDA Area Veterinarian for the Pacific Region Dr. John Huntley responded to Joseph's letter saying that he still needs proof that Joseph is licensed to practice on Guam. Joseph believes that Judge Michael Bordallo's stay is proof enough that he is still licensed to practice and that his USDA accreditation be reactivated.
