On the sidelines of a police conference in Tumon Tuesday, the Chief told PNC News that recent successful drug busts by both federal and local law enforcement has placed pressure on island drug dealers and users and may have prompeted the series of armed robberies

Acting Guam Police Spokesman Sgt. Mike Aguon has said that investigators believe that at least 3 recent armed robberies maybe connected.
Chief Bordallo said solving these gun crimes is a top priority and investigators are doing all they can to find the perpetrators.
