Guam - The son of Wise Owl veterinarian Dr. Joel Joseph was arrested Thursday afternoon following a disturbance at the Department of Agriculture.

Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia confirms that Ben Schiff was arrested for criminal trespass and disrupting government operations.

Agriculture Director Mariquita Taitague says Schiff refused to leave and was harassing employees after he was told that the Department of Agriculture would not sign a medical certificate issued by his father whose veterinary license has been revoked.

Schiff was booked and released. Earlier this week, Dr. Joseph told us the Board of Medical Examiners had no legal basis for taking his license away and accused the Department of Agriculture of acting against the law.
