Guam - The Guam Waterworks Authority has announced an emergency water outage TODAY, Thursday May 10th, for all of Jonestown in Tamuning.
The outage is in effect NOW until 5 pm this afternoon.
The reason is that a 6 inch water main has broken and GWA crews are making repairs to it now.
