Guam - The Legislature's Health Committee wrapped up part 2 of its oversight hearing on Guam Memorial Hospital Tuesday night with no plans to call another oversight, at this time.
The Committee is still waiting to review the minutes of the Executive Sessions at which the Macris settlement agreement was discussed. The Committee agreed to GMH Attorney Tom Fisher's request for enough time to delete any confidential information from those minutes.
Still, Rodriguez believes the testimony to date proves that the settlement agreement was not in the best interest of the hospital. Acting GMH Administrator Ray Vega disagrees.
