Guam - In collaboration with Junior Achievement (JA) in Guam, Bank of Hawaii volunteers will present weekly More than Money sessions to five classes of fifth graders from Wettengel Elementary School from April 25 through May 11.The JA More than Money program is a series of six sessions presenting key concepts on the role money plays in society. These concepts include sharing; saving and spending; becoming a smart consumer; and earning income by starting a business. The sessions involve hands-on activities designed to help students understand the importance of planning for their financial future. Students are encouraged to use innovative thinking to learn money-management skills and to explore and enhance their career options.
