Guam - Philip’s Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization incorporated on Guam, has announced the “Philip Malilay White Memorial Research Scholarship” for University of Guam students.

Philip’s Foundation was founded in 2011 to encourage and support research into suicide and its prevention in Guam and Micronesia.
