DOA Deputy Director Tony Blaz says various divisions in the department are affected by ongoing plumbing problems and a leaky roof.
A leaking toilet in the men's upstairs restroom over the weekend resulted in flooding in offices located on both floors of the facility.
“This is an old building, its a termite ridden building, its an unsafe building,” Blaz said.
The Deputy Director hopes the legislature will take action to make repairs to the building or allow the department to move elsewhere.
