Guam - The FSM Association along with the FSM Consular office on Guam have been preparing a "plan of action" which details a community out-reach effort aimed at helping their citizens better adjust to life on Guam, and avoid the pitfalls of crime and alcohol.
The "plan of action" will be presented to the FSM Association's Board of Directors and church groups that service the FSM community on Wednesday night.
Once finalized, the Chairman of the FSM Association, Koisimy Rudolph, and Acting FSM counsel Robson Romolov, say the aim is to help break the cycle of dependency within the migrant community, to talk about better parenting and reach out to the youth.
