Yigo Payless Re-Opening Celebration SATURDAY

Guam News - Community Events

Guam - Yigo Payless closed it’s door for renovation on September 6. The store was completely renovated to add a fresh new look to it’s interior but most importantly to create a more energy efficient store.

This Payless location is equipped with a computer controlled system to regulate the coolant, timers for the air conditioning system and more energy efficient lights. The store also includes a new seafood counter with a wide selection of fresh seafood.

Yigo Payless recently opened it’s doors on October 27th and received a warm and enthusiastic reception from many of the Northern residents.

“We have a very loyal customer base here at Yigo Payless. They were very anxious for us to re-open the store, but I’m confident that they were pleased with the results,” says Mike Benito, Payless General Manager.

The “Yigo Payless Re-Opening Celebration” will be held on Saturday, November 12, from 10am-2pm. Event festivities include free food sampling, free grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, a shopping spree and tons of giveaways every hour. This event is open to the public. Yigo Payless is now open seven days a week from 6am to midnight.
