Guam - Army Lt. Col. Nicanor Legaspi, outgoing commander for the 94th CST-WMD, hands over the unit guidon to Maj Gen Donald Goldhorn, The Adjutant General for the Guam National Guard.
Army Maj. Michael Tougher (far right) took over as the new unit commander during the ceremony which took place late last month.
The 94th CST-WMD is tasked with responding to incidents on Guam involving weapons of mass destruction.
