GPD Records & I.D. Section Moving to ITC Building in Tamuning

Guam News - Guam News

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Records and I.D. section will soon be moved from Tiyan to the ITC building in Tamuning.

GPD PIO A.J. Balajadia tells PNC that the Records and I.D. section must move out of Tiyan to allow for the airport's expansion project. GPD put out a bid three times before selecting the ITC building. The first time nobody responded to the bid and the second time two people responded but their bids were too high. "We put it out again and ITC was the only one who responded and it's about 7,000 square feet and we're going to work on trying to figure out how we're going to move all of that equipment and that's pretty much where we're at,” said Balajadia. He adds that the bid for office space was awarded to ITC just last week and the move won't be complete until the latter part of September.
