Two former police officers are looking to serve less time in prison for the Blue House prostitution ring the were convicted of back in September of 2013.
One of the men involved in a major drug case involving over $2 million dollars’ worth of ice has been sentenced in federal court.
Federal Receiver Gershman Brickner and Bratton says Morrico Equipment is a non-party in the case and has no right to appeal adverse judgement.

Election Commission to meet on Bill 45

The Guam Election Commission will be holding a meeting next month to discuss Bill 45, introduced by Sen. Joe San Agustin.
Bill 9 raises the minimum age of sale for tobacco products, including e-cigarette devices, to 21.
A complaint has been filed against a police officer, and the Guam Police Department has begun a criminal and administrative investigation.

GPD searching for missing girl

18-year-old Deondra Borja was reported missing since Wednesday night.
Suspects in an Agana Heights home invasion are still at large, and the Agana Heights mayor suggests that a couple of the suspects are known to the victim.
The only issue at hand is the reimbursement of attorneys' fees.
